November Market Report
The biggest real estate news of the past month is that the market crossed the $1B threshold for Sold Dollar Volume for just the third time ever (2020, 2021). Though we are not likely to catch up to either of those two years, this figure reflects a market that has not really slowed down much at all in 2024.
There were five residential sales in November of $4M or more, which accounted for almost half of the Residential Sold Dollar Volume for the month. On the flip side, there was a lot of activity in the sub-$750,000 price range up and down the valley, so it appears that all sectors of the market are active right now.
